Odds and Ends

1. Thanks Ash for the new look! I like! There is a huge picture of my face that kind of scares me every time I go to my blog but maybe I'll get used to it!

2. Finals are done

3. I haven't really stopped being moving for like...I literally just tried to count and I can't even count. So I don't even know but I'm exhausted...tomorrow I'll get some sleep...maybe.

4. I can't wait to have my brain back.

Ah...finals!

So I'm almost done! I have one more! I only had 3 and had 5 days to take them but of course I waited until the last day! Oh well!
Anyways yesterday I had a scheduled final from 8-10pm and I had about 200 years of history that I needed to master! So I spent about 7 hours in the library that morning and then took a break for dinner. Bri came and picked me up from the library and we grabbed some dinner because: 1. we have no food and 2. I didn't have time to make something even if we did. We go to the building that our test is in and you aren't actually allowed to park in the lot until 8pm and it was about 7 so I was decided we would just study in the car and when we finally get out of the car it will be 8 so...no ticket! (don't judge me!) So we're sitting in the car and I realized I needed to print off my paper that we had to do in advance for the final and so I get out of the car with my computer and Bri asks if I want her to come with me and I did...so she came! As she was getting out of the she asked what she should bring with her, I assured her we would be coming back to the car so she didn't need anything. I roll up the windows, lock the door, and go to print my paper! Two steps away from the car...UH OH! I locked the keys in the car! BOTH SETS! Oh my gosh! Why?!?! I don't have time for this right now...I need to study, print my paper! UH!!!! I felt so bad because ALL of Bri's stuff was in the car but there was nothing I could do about it so we go into the building to print off our papers ONE PROBLEM...I don't have my ID card to pay for the printing...so we go to my office where I pay in cash anyways. Oh my this is RIDICULOUS! I honestly have no idea how to get the keys out of my car but it doesn't matter because I can't even begin to think about that right now. So we study for the last half hour...go take the test and then I have to figure out how to unlock the dang car! Haha. Oh did I mention that our phones were in the car and who memorizes people's phone numbers anymore...I don't. Anyways luckily we had run into a friend and she told us to call University Police and they'll just come unlock it for you! NICE! So I give them a call after my test and they came right away and opened it right up! It was painless! So now I need to study and take my last final and ENJOY my summer! Hope all is well with everyone else!

Round Two

Last summer as I was shopping one day a woman came up to Bri and I and asked us if we wanted to actresses. Anyways read this if you want to whole story.

Anyway, last night we were shopping again and we were in Nordstrom and these two girls with accents come up to us and they're looking at me and they ask me if I've ever thought about modeling because I have BEAUTIFUL eyes. And I was like um...no and she was like oh well you guys are just perfect you would be so wonderful. And I literally started laughing hysterically, I couldn't even take her seriously, I had been shopping ALL DAY and had my hair in a pony tail! HAHA! So she starts going on about how they are having these auditions that are free and we should go and I was like oh, thank you but I'm really not interested. She couldn't believe it BUT neither could I. I literally laughed about that for a good 15 minutes after that, like bust up laughing not just little chuckles. So funny! What are the odds?!?! Apparently I'm just that beautiful! Oh man!

Taxes

So I FINALLY finished my taxes tonight. I was a little upset about them because I am getting basically no money back. I don't really understand but whatever. And I also was told I need to file in both California and Utah (I don't know if that is right) but I did and it cost be like $30 for each one and I didn't owe anything or get anything back from CA...I don't see the point. Whatever. This actually wasn't supposed to be a venting post BUT it has kind of turned out that way.

Honestly I'm just excited they are done and I did them all by myself....mostly! I did a have little help BUT I did all the work! Yay!

I also went snowboarding today, it was way fun! I haven't gone in like a month because it hasn't snowed but low and behold the first day of April we have a snow storm! :) So I went! The snow was good in places...not the best but still a GREAT time!

Major success on the festival of colors. VERY fun! I made it in time and it was all I thought it would be and SO much more! :) Anyways here are some pics that I stole from people to give you an idea of how fun it was (I think I may have literally stolen every picture that had me in it! lol!). The chalk starting getting a little more intense, this was still nothing compared to when everyone was throwing it but it was a little like this, you couldn't see anything and you just get chalk in your eyes and mouth and any other place it wants to go! Haha. But I don't think either of us were ready for this picture, it cracks me up though. I really was having a good time

And I think this is my favorite picture. Paul and I had just reunited with the group and apparently both decided to dance. I think other are dancing too I can't really tell though! But look how HAPPY we all are!

Man! I seriously enjoyed that! Anyone who can go next year SHOULD go, definitely my favorite day of March! :)
